DAY TWO
Pete B. just getting started Saturday morning! Jörg's first pass of the morning got him a 115.5 MPH run.  1.947 Seconds = 115.56 MPH

Sigge's boat after a very short pass made the loudest Boom I have ever heard from a boat.  When he got it in we found the problem! It got a little hot in there!!  Sigge's 30150 BK controller was over 300 degrees when we first temped it.  It had a minute to cool down before I got this shot!! Well...   after crashing on day one...  Dennis rebuilt his boat and decided to show us a great aerial show as it flipped again on day 2.  But this is all that was recovered this time! Pete also learned what happens when a Speedo overheats!  haha

When Tim decided to concentrate on his 24 cell boat he gave this hull to Pete.  Well...  Pete thought it needed a little inside paint!   LOL Team Rum Runner's 24 cell boat.   We named her "Spirit of Glenwood". Pat McDonald untaping his 4 cell boat after a run. Pat's work area...

Brian's 18 cell Rum Runner Rigger. Brian's Q Offshore Aeromarine Titan Donnie's N2/O Hydro Tim and his 18 & 24 cell Riggers.

Roman's boat getting all setup. Phillip and Herman's work area... Sigge preparing to run again! A close up shot of his boat.

This is Arnie's boat...  this is the hull that will go on to run 122 MPH. Phillip working on their 32 cell boat. Here is a shot of their running hardware.  Quite nice!! Note the GPS they had in the boat the whole time.

Roman's discharge bulbs. Mark's Rigger...

  DAY THREE
A picture of Marks tent with the setup table.  Looks like Tim is getting ready to run. Miha's riggers.

Another shot of Miha's boats Dennis's Sport Scale boat next to the new Miha hull he just bought. Dennis needed a trophy for the weekend.  Here it is dangling above his table. Dennis setting up his sport scale hydro.

Randy setting up his War Eagle Wilmer working on his record setting N1 Mono Dennis's P-Offshore boat.  That thing was nasty!  Brian Vega's 18 cell rigger next to Mark's 32 Cell boat.

A close up shot of Brian's Rum Runner Rigger. Mark after retrieving a boat. Dennis after setting the P-Offshore record.  Running about 61 mph! Here is his setup...

I had to get a shot of this for my own personal use.  Dennis used speaker plugs to connect his Schulze to his power supply! Miha's battery setup.  He uses an individual discharge system.  Seems to work great! One of Miha's setups Brian & Don posing with our 24 cell boat the "spirit of glenwood"

Jörg walking to launch his 32 cell boat.   Wonder if he knows how fast its gonna run? The launch! The times.... 120.708 MPH!!

Returning from retrieving the boat.  It would run but he didn't want to chance it! Is he smiling???  hehe Thanking his buddy Arnie!! Here he is with the boat.

Arnie and Jörg pose for a picture.   The Whole Gang!!  We decided to go ahead and get group shots before the light was totally gone! Presenting the Rum Runner Cup!

Arnie and Jörg with the cup! The Team Rum Runner Pic Phillip working on his boat. Phillip and Jörg.  They were speaking in german...  I have no clue what they said!  haha

Tim...  You go boy!  This was after his 99+MPH pass. Untaping the boat... Look....  nothing burned...  just a little loose shrink wrap! Cooling her down!

Brian's rigger sinking...  unknown reason...  it looked as though Dennis ran it over but no damage was found on either boat. Miha's new Q-Hydro record...  85.94 MPH! Miha and his boat.... At last years event Ray Fuller and Chris Fine promised to buy the group dinner when someone broke the Nitro Record.  SO!!!   Here we are...

Thanks guys...  for a great dinner!!    Both Ray and Chris were present in spirit and via a Nextel speaker phone!  haha Well....   LA from the sky as we started our flight home!
