Dick this would be my first race and I don't feel I am up to national level would I feel out of place. I would probably run 1/16 scale hydro and the eco class and LSH if the Maus hydro would qualify for this class.

I agree Ray.. I'm not much of a racer either.. I'm betting I'll nothin.. But as long as I finish my heats I'm happy.. Besides my very first race I got a 2nd place in an Anything goes class.. I was the slowest.. But my boat was reliable and dependable.. and it was enough to place, while everyone else flips or what ever.. I go for the fun, and the social aspect.. :p
