What's the problem with updating the NAMBA record page? Any help needed?

Well, Cathy may not be able to help, The info will go to her then to Dave Bestpitch then he will send it to Roger Hooks Jr. the web master to be put on the site. that all takes a while.

That is a membership driven org.
Do they want you dues or would they rather not have your membership.
They have a board of directors...a few letters to them may help as well.
It does not take much time to update the web.
I ran a association for 9 yrs. Your dues go to pay for these services...staff, insurance, newsletters, etc. Maybe they would like to have 1/2 you annual dues now and then 1/2 when they can keep things updated.
I just don't have sympathy for associations because I busted my butt to keep our members happy.

Hey big boy...how's the back?
I don't mean to down them but seems like this has been an ongoing problem. I realize some most may be volunteers but man...those records were set waaaay long ago.
Kinda like to see yourself in the records before those are broken!!

Went to a new doc this morning. Gave me some anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxants. We'll have to see.
He wants me to lose another 25.

Don't feel bad...they are telling my boss the same...he won't listen.
That ceiling gets pretty ugly after a couple days on the back.
They seem to have a process (painful) before they will actually do the surgery... it is called "live with it until we decide you need surgery" syndrom.
My buddy had a slipped disk and they made him do all these excercises until he told them to go take a flying leap and that he was in too much pain to do this...he had pain and his leg was numb.
Take care of it so it does not get worse until they do something.
You need an MRI to find out.
