Thanks Eddieh..
I have already sent Don a PM about a week ago. Don has already let me know, Donnie is revamping the site. Until then all "preferred vendor stuff is on hold apparently. So at this point II am waiting from him to hear what to do to become a preferred vendor.
Well, it's about time Loo! :)
It looks really good! I have a bit of constructive criticism. I normally do not need to scroll on commercial webpages. But your page requires me to scroll left to right to read all the copy. Maybe you could install those automatic resizers or whatever it is that takes care of that. I'm on a 19" monitor set at 1024x768 if that helps.
Also, your photo for your "Special" is reversed.
Congrats on opening MHZ-USA!!

Site looks great ! Do you offer anything in the 34-39 " long hull for Offshore? This size hull will work great for my 800 GRX-L motor (24-26 cell) customers.
Turbosun
02-09-2004, 10:41 AM
the way the hulls on the site are "binned" is:
mono S < 50cm (<20 inches)
mono M < 75cm (<30 inches)
mono L <100cm (<40 inches)
mono XL <125cm (<50 inches)
mono XXL <150cm (<60 inches)
mono XXXL >150cm (>60 inches)
You want to look at the Mono L section...eg Dragon Lady etc...
BTW not all products are there yet...check back for updates...

I hope so...
Anyhow, Chris FIne will be displaying some of our hulls at the WRAM show next week.
Hi dear Turbosun
I'm sorry for my poor english and hope you can understand my poor english.
I like MHZ Isiklar - Zerodefect - Nomad & Jolly Motor catamaran hull very much.
But...i live in Taiwan R.O.C.....
so..can you posting the hull to Taiwan by Shipping or other ways?
I really really like your catamaran hull....so can you help me about the posting and Payment and other purchases question?
Thank you ver much
The last question about engines size...
Do you think the 2 x OS 46VR-M marine engine (twin drives in each sponsons ) is fit in the Jolly motor(Length: 1340mm version) & Nomad "XXL"(Length: 1365mm version) ... or only fit in the Nomad "XL"(Length: 1085mm ) hull?
Thanks for your help ... thanks again.
Best regard.

One OS 46 VR-M will fit in each of the sponsons of a Isiklar-Zerodefect-Nomad hull. Two OS 46 engines would be adequate power. The hull will actually take up to 2 x 1 cu inch nitros.
We do have these hulls in stock in the US. Taiwan is out of our territory. I will contact GErmany to see how they want to handle it.
I will e mail you.
And your English is better than my Mandarin...

Hi Loo,
That's a great site you have set up and it's nice to see you have some of these hulls here in the states as well. Any way looking forward to buying a couple more hulls this year.:D
Loo,
Great looking site! you have some very unique Model products that will help expand the FE scope and appeal and I think will increase the interest in the hobby and will apeal to a even greater variety of Modelers. I hope you do well!!

Chris has indeed gotten some DL from us. Don't know whether he has any in stock right now. The trimax mini is a superb drive for it.

02-28-2004, 04:36 AM
chris does have one dl in stock for me at the moment. is there anywhere i can see the trimax hardware? and how long will it be before the couger l is in stock? by the way im matthew and from what i see on here you are loo is this correct? chris says your products are wonderful for fast electric since they are so light. cant wait to see your products in person, think im going to have him ship the dl monday if i can decide what hacker i want to use in it. maybe a 16 xl. i was thinking mabe a lehner 2250 on 24 cells, but chris thinks that may be a little much since the boat is so narrow and light, but to me more is never enough, hehehehe is the hull capable of fifty or better mph? thanks matthew

Hi Matthew!
DL in stock, Cougars in the next shipment.
More hulls on the web soon....
Yes I agree with Chris that a 2250 is a bit too much....
50 mph? Well I think Dennis should be able to answer that soon....

loo, i just saw the outdrives on your site and all i can say is wow, those are very impressive. they are a little expensive but the best looking outdrive technology ive seen so far in the hobby. one of those z drives would look tough on the dragon lady. but since i have no experience with z drives , are they as affective as having a hughey style gear drive? the only dis advantage i see with the trimax is you cant use any trim tabs, at least thats what i gather from the pics i saw of it. the two turnbuckes are in the way. but all in all that is the most serious hardware ive seen so far. oh and i forgot to ask , do you know the weight on the 48" ocean spray and do you think that one could be made electric? thanks
bonedaddy
03-03-2004, 01:34 AM
loo, can you get a ocean spray in stock? and would it run alright on a lehner 2280 motor? i talked with chris today and hes holding the dragon lady he has for me.

You guys are too much !!My problem is that I now have a Lizzy and a DL.Personaly I like the looks of the Dragon Lady but the Lizzy looks like it will perform better in Q.But like I said "LOOKS" like it will. The proof is in the pudding.I will let everyone know how they work out

Ocean Spray runs well with a Plett 355/37/5 EVO with 30 cells. A Lehner 2280 IMHO is too much. A 2250/19 or a 2240/22 with 30 cells is more in the ball park.
If patient and willing to pay the expenses, tht Ocean Spray can be done in a custom Carbon/Kevlar light layup..

Turbosun it says on the site that the scropion will self right with the battery placement right.. what is the correct placement
Turbosun

4 and 3 inline...4 left 3 right. servos and RX on left.
Or 5 and 3..for 8 cell apps...

cool eddie how many cells and what class could you run that in.. LOL

03-08-2004, 08:12 AM
You run that in the multiples class. Only the very crazy get to play in that class. The prep time is unbelieveable and you have to travel with huge amounts of supplies and spare parts. After a few heats with that little number you can eat your brain for scrambled eggs. Oh yea you get the opportunity to trade in the Vette for a really cool MINI VAN! There are a few of us here who race the two seater class, and whew it's alot of LOVE :D

There will be some in an airshipment leaving Germany either on Monday or Tuesday..
At any rate at this point we have weekly airshipments coming in.
So any part in stock in Germany but not in stock in the US may only take 5-10 working days to get here.
