Kelly and I are honing our skills and set-ups.
Your eyes are going to pop out of your head this year.
Lets just say that from N2 through T offshore kelly and I are pushing #mph.

Very little heat. Maybe we can post some video and picks of the up coming weekend.

Bench racing is the best.
P.S. We are going to love the longer course. More room to pass you guys. (LOL)

Surely you don't believe we all just sat on our behinds all winter. Surely you don't believe I tell Kelly everything that the MMEU gang is up to. You guys can't possibley be that naive. Surely you realize that we did not come up with the longer course for you guys.

Who's surely? LOL That's our ugly sister from Ohio.

No sweat. I'm no threat to any of you guys. My boats are slow. But this year will be different. No blow overs and no bleepin fires. Nice solid reliable respectable setups. That makes me a contender I'm thinking.

Cept P offshore. That one is just not right.

Lol...you guys are too much! I'd like to see proof of the P offshore running 45 for +4 minutes...My P sprint mono runs mid 40s, and is a competitive set up.

I think "Bench racing" is a good term here ;o)

Have fun fellas...I couldn't see running a P size offshore hull (usually smaller than a P sprint size) at 40+ mph in the chopped up water of a 4 minute race! Sounds interesting...

might be closer to fact then fiction

hey if it is, more power to you guys!

Got any confirmed speed numbers...GPS, Radar or otherwise...I just know that a 40+ mph sprint boat is fast, to see one for offshore, makes me and 15 and some change years of experience run with my tail between my legs ;o) I took a break for a year or so, but I'm hoping I didn't miss that much!

Its all fun anyhow!

I GPS'd my boat at low 40's for 5 minutes

so I still got room to go

Were there 7 other boats running a modified M course when you ran that speed for 5 minutes?

Nope and didn't say there was..

did run it in gusting winds and 3 to 4 inch chop today and actually was faster

per namba most boats you can have in a heat is 6 so where did 7 come from

will now more on how the cat handles the traffic this weekend
