Got tickets to the pre-world premiere 15. May here in Oslo!!!
kinda funny as I only stood in line for 8 hours last night. Then I see some american kids been sleeping outside the ticket-sales for 3 months but will only get tickets for the 16th!!! :D

Oh... just a kid you know!
Been hooked since my dad took me to the premiere on The Empire Strikes Back!

Pre-opening 15. Mai! Pretty awesome!
Though the tickets for the 15th are 25$ against the usual premiere-price 8$.

Actually, that's not true. There were some screenings here last weekend, and all the local radio stations are giving away tickets for this Saturday, the 11th.

The only way that people could see it early, i.e., the 11th would be if the movie theatre violated the agreement with Lucas. The "early" screenings are only open to select members of the press (they did them already this week in Atlanta). If the local radio stations are giving away tickets to the press screenings, then they have a good chance of losing their "press" rights and the theatre it's rights to Lucas's films (well, Star Wars anyway, not his ILM contributions).

I personally have tickets for the opening showing to the public in Atlanta: 12:01 AM on May 16th. Due to the time difference in the world, I will not be the first to see it, although I will be among the first of the US public. Oh well - as long as I can see it opening night, it's all good!

Only thing I know is that the screening here the 15. is the first public screening worldwide. Lucas agreed to this as long as the money they got from the screening was donated to a good cause. So the tickets was approx 25USD a piece.
I also know that he was extremely specific about this, so I canīt see how they can have giveaways for press-screening the 11th....

I really donīt care when I see it, but as I had the chance I just had to go for it!

Well, I've seen it 2 1/2 times now - lol (I had to leave half-way through the second time). I LOVE it! May go see it again this weekend - hehe. If you haven't seen it, go this weekend since it's Memorial Day! =)
