Replacement Hatch needed

I'm finishing up a 38" Scorpian and I hate the hatch that comes with it. I saw Ken's excellent write-up, but before I go to the trouble to build something, I'd like to know if there is anything already available. I'd prefer something scale looking.

Any suggestions?
