i have a bandit shovel running on 12 cells with a hacker and im running a x432 prop and im getting way to much heat on the motor and esc what props should i try

Something sounds wrong.
That motor should easily swing a X432 on 12 cells. Infact, that motors can handle much more prop than that.
Is your drive line free? Do you have anything binding? How deep is your prop below the transome. On what angle(degrees).

I've been running a x640 on my rigger with the 7XL. I'd probably go to a x637 on the bandit shovel. I'm surprised the x432 would even be enough prop. It must really be turning some RPM's.
You may want to set your timing back to mode 3.
