Just a quick question.

Would a hacker 70 be suitable for a 12 cell OPC tunnel

I currently run a Hacker 99 in it. Never over proped.
Setup is a 8XL 12 cells 438, 440/3 props.

just looking to use the hacker 99 in another boat

No problem,
that will be less current than the 12Cell Mono guys in Germany run, therefor a 70A Controller is sufficient.
Only in case your Hacker 99 is already getting really hot with that setup you should be careful and check each minute the temperatures during the first tests.
