Boat plans

I'm trying to build a boat from scratch, but i can't seem to find any free plans for an offshore boat. Do any of you know where i can get plans ?

I am not aware of any free plans but there are plans you can buy from RCBM (airage publishing) and/or Marine Modelling International (www.traplet.com)
