Thats the boat for now. I'm holding off on skinning the deck until the hardware is machined. I've built an adjustable angle plate so I'm now ready to finish the hardware. Maybe tomorrow.
Did manage to cut the rudder. Started with 1/4 - 1 1/8 stock.

After the first cut. - it is mounted on the angle plate I made and a special jig for holding long stock up to 10" x 2"

Here is the basic rudder blade. Next step to drill to water pickup lines.
