Anyone interested in a 290/30/4 Plett-Speed Can?
Brand new in the bag with instructions.

jeff im pretty sure ill take it
question how much of a difference is there between a torque motor and the speed can
for instance if i bought this motor it would be going into a 18 cell rigger would i weant the torque or speed can

On the rigger it would run great. I spoke with Chris Fine and he said not a problem but may need to drop a pitch down on prop. It would be ballistic.

Matt, I sent you an e-mail. Either you have a darn big rigger or you are totally in to swimming.
This thing would put a rigger on only 12 cells over the 50 mph mark so you better have a wide creek or be one heck of a driver.
Just remember to start small on the prop.
The pletts can take the power but let them spin.

ohhh yeah i deffinitely couldn't open it up totally in the creek as soon as i reciever your motor its going out to the big lake.
the creek got small quick and then it blew up i was extremely pist but ohh well.
yeah its a huge rigger 18 cells fit in this baby without a problem i could propably go up to like 24 if i wanted to but the motor won't handle it.
i will get a gps in this baby or somethign adn will let you know how fast she is going
