you know i compleatly forgot! i will take some tonight! it has a flat tire on it now, and we put on a larger sprocket so now the eingine gets more R's so we can go about 35mph now! (long empty road!)

(not to mention i burned my leg pretty good on it too!)

Well let me tell you a little about it maybe you can picture it in your mind! ok we started w/ a crapy 12speed specailized... well then we had this 50cc motor doing nothing!(but of corse the motor spins the wrong way!) and it had the mounting bracket w/ the motor too... so then we had to figure out where and how were are going to mount it! my buddy just wanted to do a direct friction drive right to the back wheel! but thats to simple for me! (if u know me!) so we went ahead and put the motor inside the frame of the bike! luckily i the mounting brakect fit up directly to the angle of the frame! (lucked out there!) well then we had to figure out how we are going to get the power to the back wheels (by the way we thought of all this before any welding or cutting was done!) so i thought that we could use the peddel shaft as a jack-shaft (to change the direction of the motor and also get more reduction into it!) but that shaft is a tapered square drive! so w/ a little bit of my awsomeness, i took the peddels themselfs and w/ a little Mill and Lathe magic i was able to make those peddels (w/ the tapered square drive) into some hubs for gears!

so it goes from the motor (10 tooth clutch) to the idle gear on the shaft (70 tooth) threw the shaft to another gear (16 tooth) and from that it goes back to the de-railer(28 tooth) so we get a decent reduction... and not to mention if we want to get going faster we can allways switch gears (cuz it goes threw the de-railer!) we only use 1st and 2nd cuz the onter gears get to little to fast! (boggs the motor down and we actualy go slower! the motor cant get into its "power band") so just imagine that if u will!

it is tons o fun to take to the beach! and we just have some BMX pegs on the back so we can put your feet on it!
