You need a decent pump but for bags you generally use a new bag each time. You just want a flat surface on your mold so youo can use go tape or you can make a sack and seal it all up and pu the entire mold in it but it stains on the mold more.

It can make laying up much faster because you can basically lay all your layers up at once and then line with breather and peel ply and suck it down for the night. This is one of the best sites for learning that I have found.
