You should just invent your own plans then they will really fit to your specs. Like I did for my rigger I just looked at riggers I liked that other people made and drew my plans from there.

Not sure what your after but you could buy a Fine Design 32" offshore. I think they're $55 or so for the shell. Fun boat.
