Those are the best drives I have even seen. At nearly 10" the XL would not flip quiote as easy. :yeah:

David, those are a work of art and when you consider the price of some ESC's they are a bargain.

Did you guys see where the steeringrods have to be ?
Could be a hard job in a cat !

Gerwin, by a hard job with the "steering rods" are you talking about their entrance to the hull behind the "A" frame steering plate ?
Or the actual scale hydraulic steering ram being mounted out so far ?

One problem I can see is that you couldn't mount the drives all the way tight to the inside of the tunnel, due to the pull/pull steering setup.

Yep, the real steering arm of the drive is extremly low placed, and it seems
your steering rods have to enter the hull through the back of the sponsons,
or even worse, through the side of the sponsons.

From that website which rudder would you guys suggest for the CT04? The CT04 is in the middle of the size range of the two rudders, not the "38".

"Mittel " is for cats, starting from 150 cm
"GroB" is for cats, starting from 190 cm

Right but the CT04 is 170cm so is the bigger one, GroB, too big or is the Mittel one too small? I dont know what the "38" is for since there is no data.
