Rx ????

OK guys I got this Rx used and I wanna know if there is any way that I can use it with the new style plugs I don't think that you can see it from the pic but in the hole where the servo etc. plug goes there are no pins there is only three socketswhere a pin is pushed in So how do I use these with the standard stuff? or is it a waste:confused:
