the rigger is 22in. long as I said earlier and the cell count is 6 , but why does that matter for hardware? I don't understand that.

P.S. Eric bud out this has nothing to do w/ you save the room for people that are willing to help.

Reb the hardware would be lighter duty on a 6-8 cell boat rather than a 12 or higher cell count boat.
You probably want to run a .130 flex cable to 1/8"stub shaft for car can motors. You can go with a roar stock motor for N-1 hydro or a lower turn modified can motor for N-2 hydro.Props would be for 1/8 shaft and vary in the 30-35 mm range for can motors.
As for hardware go with Fullers,Fines,BBY Fastelectrics or Hugheys. Most of them you can email with your boat specs and they will set you up.
Prop Shop in Warren,Mi.carrys Octura and Hughey hardware. They offer mail order service.Their site and all other mentioned are on our MMEU club site links.

Thank you guys for the help, but I think I will end up making my own hardware because I don't have a lot of money that I want to spend on it anyways. Oh and I didn't mention it but I'm making my transum round beleive it or not its not just flat like normal boats its rounded when I get it done I'll post pictures of it to show y'all. My objetive is to complete it by the end of the summer.

I'm sure I'll need help man, I think I could handle making it if it was flat but I'm affraid this will take a while to get it to work just so perfectly. Any help is apriated! If anyone has blueprints on how to make good running hardware that'll curve around my curved transum that would be tons of help! Thanks everyone!
