The HOTMBC is only about 5 hours away from you. We could start a series between Houston, Dallas, and New Orleans. Hmmmmm

Me too!

Theres the VooDoo Model Boat club in Reserve. Carlo of CC Racing Engines and Mike "Can-of-Hairspray" head up the club. They just had a bash on March 7,8th. Great turn out, lots of fun. You can join the club, get a key, and run all you want on the pond. Any events, electrics can run in the "Open" classes. I need a bigger hull otherwise I would have on the 7,8th.

The wife and I have been here since after Katrina, things aren't working out here too well (snow sucks):thumbs: and I want to come back to New Orleans and the club. I still have my boats, I salvaged them from the flooded house. Hopefully in early 2010.:wave:

so did u fe guys give up? cant beleave there are no fe boaters in the n orleans area.....i am in jackson ms area and know how hard it is around here to get anyone out to the lake with fe boats...gas guys around here refuse to enter the 21 century and do anything electric....
