I wanna know what everyone thinks about the two motors I already have one of the cordite motors it runs great but I got it when they were on sale for $55 now that is gone and they are $80 so I was on Andrews site and saw the other motor the LM for $33 I do have another LM motor the 05 size and it rocks so what about the LM700? Any one ? $33 to $80+shipping is a big jump. :( :D Also if there is something else in that price range that someone has tried and rocks please let me know..oh yea I'm putting it in a 22" hydro

As I looked more at the site I see that the LM800 is closer to the price of the cordite775 so I guess these are about the same and the cheaper one is just that "cheaper" Someone has to have tried it?:o

It won't work well in a 22" boat - it'll probably sink it!
22" boats like 05-sized motors better. Save the 700 for a 24" boat. They have a lot more room inside and can handle the weight better.

that LM 700 is cheap because it is a bushed scale or fast scale motor - not for fast electrics of any sort . Try the 700BB 8.4 at $39 or the 700BB Neo 9.6 at $62 (same as the FDM Neo) or I can give you a Graupner 700BB 9.6 for $25
Like Andy says tho - go for a smaller motor. trey adams tells me he is having great successwith some of the 600 motors for fun running. A $33 modified with get things cracking for you

The LM4 is based on a D4 blank
I dont mean to brag but it definitely has more power than any of the D4's we have tested.
Presumably we built them carefull and this shows up in the results. However I no longer use this can and am switch to the Reedy Ti hi torque cans
