What is the "best" material to use in sponsons??
What do u prefer??

The "BEST" material........Well I guess that is open to what you "think" is the best.
I have used Extruded Polystyrene Foam in all of my projects to date.
Expanded bead polystyrene is marginally lighter than the SM types of foam but is not as strong.
We use SM types of foam in all of our kits.

Ill try some different stuff depending on what i find here in sweden :)

but i needed some guidance to know what to try hehe :)

All my hydros are a built-up structure - by that I mean a wooden framework (mostly balsa but some hardwood) sheeted with thin plywood or sometimes balsa sheet covered with very lightweight glass cloth. It can be very lightweight and strong if the structure is designed correctly.
