I took some of the advice I've received, and been trying to get the boat ready for some racing. I've added 8-10oz of lead, and switched to lipo's.
I've been playing with weight placement and the boat seems to be riding better. Seems to handle the big turn well, which is more like the club lake.
Not sure its ready for the Titan, but we're ready to give it a run for its money :)
