I used the theroy of putting hte flex shafts in a zip lock baggie with 3/1 oil, but the cheap bags always seemed to leak,

I took a 1/4 copper tubing, cut it to 16 inches and bent the one end so it could not leak.

I filled the tubing with 3/1 oil to the top, slid my flex shaft in the tube, the ecess oil ran out, but i just soaped it clean,

the prop sits on the top of the tube and i dropped the tube upright in a jjaggermister bottle, " EMpty of course"

worx for me.

maybe if you want to hold alot of shafts you could take that another step... i think that you could get some small diameter pvc pipe and lost of glue on caps and you could make a little wooden jig to hold them all up-right....

K&S ships tubing in clear plastic tubes. One end is crimped and melted closed, the other has a rubber cap. I'll save some of these next time I get them. I get a BUNCH at a time when I buy parts for the ESCs.
