Hi I have a few simple questions

My first question is how long should it take to get parts from octura? I ordered a full hardware set on December 18th and it still hasent come. Is this normal?

And can anyone give me tips about making things from fiberglass? I want to make a couple hatch covers for my nitro boat but I have no idea what to do. They cant be flat so should I make a mockup out of styrofoam or something?
