I got a Turnigy Accucell 6 50W with built in balancer at hobby king for $22.99 but they also have them in there USA warehouse already for $39.99 + shipping
Mine has been working flawlessly 2years
They also have them bigger if you are running big lipos

Beware the balancers in these cheap chargers - they tend to be inaccurate.

I have a Turnegy Accucell 8 and I can't really recommend it, I'm not saying the balancers are all accurate but the one in mine did a reasonable job when compared to my uncalibrated digital multi meter, its rated for 8s and 150w but it would only put out its 150w in the depths of winter when you should be charging indoors anyway to avoid damaging cells, if there is any warmth in the air at 150w it would overheat and stop charging to protect its self after 10-20 mins, it would also terminate charge at 4.18 or 4.19v/cell not 4.2v/cell. Last week I blew one of the tracks off the internal ballancer (totally my fault, I was charging 2x 4s packs in series and I plugged them into the balance ports the wrong way round) I replaced it with a Fusion Emperor made by the same folks that make the Hyperion line and was rather surprised to find what a difference that last 0.01-0.02v makes, I am now getting 5500mAh into packs that used to only take 5000mah, a 10% increase in capacity.

Now I have seen the difference I think it is worth spending a little more on a charger.
