For those that have used the new Grimracer Speed Packs I would like to start to get some feed back if you are willing to share.

Reports on my end are very good thus far but in the battey game more is always better!

Thanks a bunch!

I got them out for the first time last weekend (the set I ran at the LA SAWs were well used pre-production packs).

So far they are very good. I've only run the 40C 5000's. Side by side with some Hyperion 35C 5000's and some season old FlightPower 30C 5000's. Tested in my trusty old Raptor Rigger, 130 amp current spikes and the cells were only 106F after a mile.

The Data logger puts them on par with the Hyperions and significantly better than the old FP's. I expect them to get even better with a few more break-in cycles.

I did swap out the Deans plugs for 5.5 bullets.

testing and a club race this weekend and a district race the following weekend. Should be a pretty good test. Putting them in my new P mono, that will be a real test.

Sorry Mike,

Another club race was cancelled last Sunday and the crummy weather in MI hasn't allowed me to get any decent/quality run time in. It was pissing rain on and off again yesterday (test day). Our spring/summer hasn't been friendly here in MI...

Stay tuned...

Later,
Mike
