Hrdro design guidelines

I was surfing the net the other day and ran across a list on design guides for hydro design. Example; distance from sponson rear edge to leading edge of prop, was a percentage of the tunnel width. The artical was worth marking as a favorite, but failed to.

Has anyone seen this and recalls the webpage. Your effort to get me this data will be appreciated.
