Looking for micro electric cat

Hello,

I'd like to get a small electric cat(amaran)
similar to the ExoCat. See

I don't read German! Anyone have one of
these (or similar) for sale?

If you want to build it , look to microhydros.com. They have plans for one or two small cats. Very simple to build. I think that exo-cat was handbuilt. I dont think it's for sale. Just my 2 cents.

I can't read german, but dutch is pretty close . . . :)

From what I understand you can buy them from rc-raceboats. costs are listed, the top 2 are glass, advanced has a layer of carbon in the tunnel, and the premium is all carbon. Shipping on top of those prices. I think it says they're back ordered until october, but that he'll keep people updated on the status through that site. Power by a 480 or 05 motor on 7 sub c cells . . . I'd just send off an email in english asking for more info :)

the idea of the micro-cat! Great website,
by the way. I downloaded the plans that
they have and may indeed build one of these
suckers when it starts raining (usually
October->May, long building season!)

JvB is right ! I Sell these "home made" Hulls since short - and got a huge response from german raceboaters ! That´s why i will take new orders in late Oktober 2002.
I registered "RC-Raceboats" as a "shop" here in germany - well, i had to, in order to cope with local law and tax.

I would be glad to ship some ExoCats to the US. But, be aware of the quality that i can deliver !!! I´m no professional and the raw hull needs a lot of sanding an finishing before running. I build the hulls in my spare time and it´s a hull for Cat-enthousiasts, that dislike RTR-Hulls and know, how to handle sanding-paper !

If you like the hull and want one, try to organize with others that would like to have one ... postage will be about 30USDollars from germany to the US. I could send up to 10 Hulls in one package !
