Hi everyone
I just thought everyone would be interested in that our local club (Metro Marine Modellers/Toronto) decided to adopt the 12 cell Limited Sport Hydro class for this year. The rules will be the same as the Namba proposal only we may run heats for less than ten laps. Our club is not affiliated with IMPBA or any other body.
By all indications, we could have 6-7 boats on the water this season for openers.
Our club has successfully run a spec motor (700BB) offshore mono class for the last two years and it has been one of the most competitive classes, often with 6-7 boats very closely matched.
Consequently, I have a new LSH design hull on the drawing board right now.
