This is great. Although I felt bad for the pigs.

Usually you have to chase a pig. They don' tlet you come and get them to slotter them. Its all worth it at the end when the pig is on the roaster for 5 hours and it tastes so good. We roast a few every year.

Unless you go boar hunting over on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. You don't hunt them... they hunt you! Word of caution... don't go alone.
Hmm, I didn't see any grease on that there pig (and those gunny sacks are just downright cheatin'!). The annual fair in my home town always has a greased-pig contest, greased-pole climbing contest and then cow-chip bingo as the demolition derby half-time event.
Ahh, the mammeries (er, memories).
