How would one go about making Vinyl graphics? Where would one find the materials?

The Stika machines from Roland are the way to do it.

Or, send your artwork to Dan Chase or one of the other guys here. Dan does all my stuff and does a great job.

You can find his top-quality finishes on lots of boats.
