Does anybody know where I can purchase a crackerbox hull. The only ones I have found are Danvo and warehouse bagshot boats. Are these my only choices? I just went to warehouse and I could not find a link to the bagshot line.

Bandit has a new cbox called the matador http://www.banditboats.com/monohull.htm
Maus makes one and MRP makes one
Good luck,

Go to the swap shop and scroll down until you find a post from Jr. Branham...he's got three for sale.

Isn't 24" kinda big for an electric cracker? Is this a 12 cell cracker?
Chris - a suggestion. Before you get carried away perhaps you should read the NAMBA class rules. Might save you from tooling twice.
In the event you join NAMBA - you will get a newletter will all the 'good' scoop. Might be worth your consideration.

Wood is useless if somebody doesn't know how to work with it. Even more useless if they don't want to learn. One thing you'll learn pretty quick in business is that you have to sell them what they want to buy.

Hey Chris-
Some of the local racers may have CB's that they are willing to part with. We pissed-off some of the old geezers at the last race by voting to adopt NAMBA specs (any ROAR stock motor and NiMh's), and there are a couple of former racers who have idle boats, also. E-mail me and I'll send you some names and phone numbers.
Heard that Warehouse Hobbies is no longer manufacturing the Bagshot line of products.
Also, can layup a carbon or glass hull for you, if you don't mind waiting a couple of months.

Thanks for all of the info. I am a beginner in the boat stuff, i have spent too much on stuff i really don't need(like carbon hulls). I have spent too much on speed controllers as well untill I got a sc3. I think that a dpi or danvo would be best for me right now. unless, Pat, some of the older folk have something descent. Man it is hard trying to learn all this stuff from the internet. altough being a beginner i have become confident in ballancing and sharpening my own props(first one I ground into dust!) 10.00 down the tubes.

Pat, a dpi, danvo or the 1/10 metador from bandit would be legal to race, right?
