We may have a R/C recovery boat soon. Randy and I are working on putting it together. Its going to be a wide Cat thats 26 inches long and almost 2 feet wide. It will be powered by twin 700 motors each with 12 cells, this boat will have power. The inner tunnle for catching boats will be 12 inches wide. We havent joined the two hulls together so I would like to hear comments If you think 12 inches wide is too small?
Its two aplications are probably going to be to recover boats, and aid the large maned recovery boat when 3 or more boats have died during a heat and have drifted.
A future upgrade might be to add a wireless camera system to it, to aid piloting.
