Has it been decided where it will be held?

Thanks

Hey Dan, any word on using a transponder system at the Nats? Would provide more acurate record results and would make the pit-man's job easier not having to count laps.

Frank - it would still need a NAMBA rule change to be legal to use.

Frank, Andy is right, we "may" use an Infrared timing system that would record the time of the winning boat, but the Stopwatch is what will be used for the official time. We have to start someplace.

David, we have 3 ponds to choose from. I'm working on securing a great site at Shadow Cliffs in Pleasanton. That is the pond I hope we can use. Running water, flushing toilets, lawned pit area with drive up parking lot all in a sheltered cove. The site is awesome!!! Now we just have to secure it.

Are you coming out to race with us next year, David??? I hope to see you.

Just as a second opinion: Dan isn't exadrating one bit, this site is awesome. Nice clear water too, if your boat sinks.
