Links Page?

When I click on the links page from the home page, I get a message that says "Page not found." Are links suppose to be there or have they just not been added?

Hey guy...

Links have not been added yet... the page is being revamped and I dont want complainers naggin me while I am switching things around... haha I'll have it done in a nite or two!
