Check these out, they look like a plett. but are half the price!!
anyone know about these things or have tried one???

MPI does that with a lot of stuff. They usually have pretty decent quality. I use their S-400 gearbox in planes. It's the same price as GP's but uses BB's instead of bushings.

Check the mass and rpm - I think y ou may have troble getting what you wnat with weight driteria - however there are a few opportunities there for a light mid-cell setups eg 12*1300CP plus motor - good for a little boat but just skinning the smae cat a differnet way ie high voltage vs high amps

I bought a 0505 and am running it on7 cells in a Silencer hull not a bad motor spins a X440/3blade5min noproblems yet a little warm but not to bad.Mike B.:)
