what size prop have u guys used in a rigger or other hydros when running a graupner speed 700bb turbo motor? and what kind of speeds were u looking at?

I used from every Octura X-prop 37 to 50mm dia. on my LSH. Speeds varied greatly, but so does handling. You should easily hit 35 with a heavy boat like that propped up for 2 or 3 minutes.

Larry Larson has run one up at 50 at the SAW.
