missing dollar

Three men go to a hotel to rent a room. The manager tells them it will be $30.00 for the night. They pay and go to the room.
The manager discovers that they should get the corporate rate of $25.00 so he sends the bellhop to the room with $5.00. The bellhop pockets $2.00 and gives the men $3.00.
Now the men each paid $9.00 for the room. 3 X 9 = 27
The bellhop has $2.00 2
27 + 2 = 29 WHERE IS THE OTHER DOLLAR??????? 29

Actually, the owner gets 25$, the bell hop gets 2, that ="s 27
3 x 10=30 (original amount), 30-5 = 25 (owner gives 5 dollar discount), 25 +2 = 27 (bell hop reduces discount), 27/3= 9 dollars each....
