I've had this motor for a while now and I am trying to gather some info on it before I decide which boat(s) to put it in. At first I was told it was an Aveox made for 12 cells. The motor had a Fuller's sticker on it so I asked Ray what he thought, he tells me "it's an old Keller from Germany" and he thinks it's for 8 cells. I'm hoping someone out there can shed some light on this motor for me.

Thanks guys, Steve B

If the motor is 41mm dia and length 83mm (without shaft) its a KE-70. weight 430 gram
41mm dia and 87mm length it's KE-80. weight 475 gram
KE-70 4 turn 1190 rpm / volt max amp 80 (30 sec)
5 turn 980 rpm / volt max amp 70 (30 sec)
KE-80 6 turn 750 rpm /volt , max amp 70
7 turn 620 rpm /volt, max amp 60
8 turn 560 rpm /volt, max amp 50
9 turn 500 rpm / volt max amp 50

Hope this helps

Well at least I now know what motor I have...thanks Marker. Looking at the KE 25's 5T KV of 1870 makes me wonder if that's going to be a little low for 6 or even 8 cells, that works out to only 13000rpm on 6 cells...pretty sad! Seems like I would need to run 12 cells through it to get anything out of it, too bad. I could always try a 70mm prop.LOL! I'll try it anyhow in my stepped El Lobo on 8 cells and see what happens. Thanks for your help!

Steve
They did make a 4 turn motor 2250rpm/volt for 7 cell pylon racing 60 amp max ,30 amp max efficiency .Try it ,it might be a 4 turn.
