60 or 90 amps

I have 2 19 turns and will be running 1 or 2 7.2v 6 cell packs. Should I buy a 60 or 90 amps for my ESC. Also, if I i get two 15 turns will the same work?

Are you talking about RC-Hydros ESC? Go 90 and play it safe, but 60 should be more that enough.
