me and my friends just entered the demolishion derrby! we bought a honda acord for $50, (split 3-ways!) and we are going to put it in the fair that we have in the spring! it will be so cool! we have it at my house and we are welding some big pig iron onto the the thing. like a roll cage and big steal bumpers welded right to the frame!(i have a MIG welder) this is going to be so much fun! we entered it into the FWD class, and we each get to drive a round, soooooooooooo much fun! you guys got any ideas for a Name/Number? it is purple! we were thinking "purple people eater"!

I have a 1985 Accord sitting here in my yard if you want it. It needs a little grill work up front (the last owner rear-ended somebody) and it should go just fine.
I got it for free, so it's free for whoever. I towed it 2 hours behind my Rabbit on the Interstate to get it for my oldest son who decided not to fix it up.

New Jersey. It's only 12 hours from here to Lansing, so much less for you.
Come on over!

i use to run in the derbys and helpped others set-up cars we had about 5 cars in it at once for a couple of years. the fun for me was setting them up and painting them. i posted some pics on my web page of my favorite one at

check to see the rules to see how much you can weld and talk to others on how much they checked in the inspection area to see how much you can get away with... roll cage and big steal bumpers welded right to the frame was not allowed. but little tacks to hold the spings in place and a welded rear end diff gears weren't allowed either but they weren't checking that though LOL!!
