HI,

Do all the 700 size motors including the cordite 775 require capacitors ??

Only if you want to avoid radio interference.

Actually, 700's aren't usually too noisy. It's easy to do and doesn't cost anything (they come with the motor) so why not?

On 700's Caps are optional unless its a bushing motor (then manditory), 800's definately. Always run a schotky diode with R/C Hydros esc stripe on the positive side. Use 12 gage wire for everthing, best conductor Deans (wet noodle) or similiar. TERRY hows that Cat coming? :)

Bud,

Before I put capacitors on my Neo 775 my boat would get a mind of it's own. There would be times that I had no control for 3-5 seconds (luckily no mishaps).

Ever since I put on Radio Shack's part #272-135 capacitors, no more problems. Lastly, definitely put on a schotky diode.

HI guys,

I had a 645 on it had a hard time getting up on the water, went down to a Octura 442 man that thing flies what a rush!! my brother just sent Fine Design a grand, B-50 hacker, he went the full 9 yards. It is easy to get hooked, I just got my second boat the BUD. from F.D. Chris sure is a nice person to work with! almost as nice as Andy:D Ken you need to stop by & check out the pond, it's working out nice. When things dry out were going dig out the pond a little, I want to make sure we are getting a full 170 on the straight I think we are close right now. Give me a call.
