wild grain rice
pre-cooked shrimp
1 can of clam chowder- red not white
zucceini
snap peas in the pod
chicken breast
squash
clam juice

This was a meal I had on the chesapeake bay in maryland.

Drain a can of clam chower. save both the stuff and liquid.

boil wild grain rice, if you got a half cup of liquid from the clam chowder and the rice calls for a cup of water- add a half of cup water to the chowder liquid and cook the rice.

In a frying pan,with a little oil -

cook up the chicken breast ( cut into strips ) &
zucceini
squash

Once cooked throw the following in the pan also-

peeled shrimp
snap pea pods or sugar pea pods
clam chowder soup left over
1/2 cup clam juice for flavor

once all is cooked,

place a serving of wild rice in the center of a plate,
place the cooked chicken/shrimp mix around the rice like a ring and enjoy.

you can top it off with some sliced almonds and water chesnuts.

I've had this, it's very good.

You can also add crab meat to it....with crab meat it's VERY good!
