I have an opportunity to have people i know to makes our props more than twice as hard, sharper without thinning the edge, and making them much less wear resitant. The process costs $125.00 plus shipping for about 10#'s of material. The more people we can get to do this the cheaper it will be per prop. Any takers?

Hello Steve,
I like the idea but 10 pounds is allot of props, if there's enough interest you could count me in.

The price of $125.00 is for 1 prop or 10#'s of props. That why it would be a good deal if say we had 15 props per person and about 20 people. That makes 300 props and like $0.40 per prop to harden which is very reasonable.

First, they are going to bake them at 600*F for 2 hours, then they are going to chill them at -300*F for 22 hours.
