I have just finished the paint on my new Phantom 8. This 8 to 12 cell boat is a 24 inches long and a 8 3/4 gerth. It will have its first race at the 2003 Nats. Hear is a look

This boat is does not use trim tabs. It is a great rough water and steering boat

Some one may notice that this boat was painted in the spirt of Nick Carter's offshore racer. But has some of my tricks in it.

This boat was painted with met. Pearls in the sun it should be a treat.

A full build is not cheap. I can do a break down. As You know I build kits. I do them in stages. This is not on my web site yet but will be as soon as Dick has time. the Paint is $275. right now! this is done with $300. a gallon paint. It never peals when you pull the deck tape up.

The vee is a 50 degree overall angle.

Mask heck when we used that stuff on sailboat masts we used to have to get fully suited up and have an outside air source. The thinners are as bad if not worse than the paint is. Good paint but nasty stuff to us.
