1985 7-Eleven (1/10th scale) Sponson Sheeting

I now have one of the sponsons sheeted in 1/32nd plywood, and also the non-trip chines are on the boat now. The chines are 1/16th plywood.
Getting the pieces to cover the sponsons was a bit tricky and I ended up making paper templates for each piece. That worked pretty well and everything fit together nicely. I like how solid the sponsons feel with the foam under the plywood.
I think I will put a layer of light fiberglass cloth and epoxy over the plywood, and probably add a 1/8" ride pad (wedge).
