In the photos above, you see the keel assembly which si made up of three 1/32" pieces sandwiching two 1/8" balsa fillers. This is how I provide for the 5/32" wide skeg trunk.
The bulkheads that form the transom of the bump and primary steps are similarly made up.
With the bulkheads mounted to the keel, the sheer pieces and the inboard longitudinals and aft floor glued, it is time to start putting in the chine stringers, bottom pieces and binishingout the steps.
