well u probably want to make it a 4cell battery boat...ive never converted one but ose has motor mounts and 2000kv motors even a 2200 kv motor..then get a 120 amp or higher esc or so .... and u are all set to go,,, there is a club in Bradenton that is electric and I know hugh hebner in Lakeland has a lot of exp in boats...
