2008 3rd Place Winner Fred Siewert (FAS)

Congratulations to Fred, he has won a Vac-u-Pickle Kit from Phil Pace at Vac-U-Boat. He has also won a Chili Pepper Motor from our Very Own Don Wollard at RumRunner Racing and RumRunner Hobbies
Fred also won a Hydroplane driver from Hansen Racing

Fred's build really needs to be seen in person, I was fortunate enough to see it up close and personal, and I also saw it race! it is truly ballistic, Fred is really growing in this hobby not only as an ACE vendor second to none, but he is darn well one of THE nicest and most helpful guys in the hobby, even if your racing against him he will be the first guy to loan you something or offer advise to help you beat him LOL!!! Fred's building skills are also growing by leaps and bounds, this is a gorgeous and extremely fAS ( ok FAST lol) boat!

well done Fred

Please support the folks who are supporting you.....

A big Thank You To Phil and Don!!!! outstanding!!

The more I look at this boat the more I like what I see..... so my cutter is doing me a prototype at 1/12th. I really can't wait to get started.

Well don - and well done all the organisers too - It has re-kindled my love of building.

Thanks I have not been building boats very long but this only number 3 for me from plans and the frist two did not do very well I like the pay and pak you have I was wondering if you have one that is about 27 inches like the oh boy oberto or some thing

I would also like to thank everybody and anybody who had a hand in making the build happen sometimes the guys behind the seen are the ones that get lost in the paper work and red tape I know that there had to be a few

so Thank you all

with some of the boats that were made this year I feel very lucky to win there is some real stiff comp out there

this was a lot of fun and look forward to the next one

Way to go Fredie, throw the brick away, That thing sings another tune now.
If you won't show them I will.

Showing on the hood of that old whatever doesn't do that boat justice my friend....
