Best 4000 KV brushless motor & ESC?

I am new to electric boating but am a fairly experienced modler (I've built a 1/8 RC sailboat and a nitro deep vee boat). I am now building a 1/16 scale (Garry Finlay plans) Atlas Van Lines hydro, and Garry recommended a 4000 KV brushless motor, a 2S Lipo and a X432 prop. Any recommendations for a brushless motor for me - brand? Is watercooling necessary for the motor? What ESC should I use? Does the ESC need to be water cooled? What Lipo charger is good? Will a Glacier 35C 5300mAh 2 Cell 7.4V Hard Case LiPo Battery work OK? Any advice gratefully accepted?

There are many motors suitable, how much do you want to spend? Our club runs similar boats on 2S with Fiegao 7L motors and m440 props - speeds are in the upper 30s/low 40s suitable for these small hulls. A few other choices:

Leopard 3650/3.5D - 3900 Kv
Castle 1410/1Y - 3800 Kv

These are available at Offshoreelectrics or eBay. Water cooling is needed.
A watercooled ESC will be necessary too. I am not familiar with current 2S controllers, I run a 7 year old Schulze in my 2S hydro.

Lots of chargers available, but this one leeks good:
Chargers by Orion and FlySky are also good budget chargers.

Your pack sounds okay, but the hard case LiPos may not fit in small boats.
